About Nosh.
"Nosh" is a Yiddish term that means to eat enthusiastically, and at Nosh, we aim to help travelers do just that. We believe that the best way to experience a new place is through its food. That's why we work with locals and other food-loving travelers to uncover the hidden culinary gems that make each destination unique. Our itineraries are carefully crafted with food as the centerpiece, ensuring that every meal is a memorable experience.
We understand that every traveler is different, which is why we offer a personalized questionnaire experience to tailor your trip to your specific tastes and interests. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or just looking for some local recommendations, we'll work with you to create an itinerary that fits your style and budget.
But Nosh isn't just about the food. We also take pride in curating experiences that showcase the best of each destination, from historical tours to outdoor adventures. And with our mobile app, you can access your trip anytime, anywhere, even offline. Plus, we offer the option to download and print your itinerary, so you can have a physical copy at your fingertips.

About me.
I am a half-Italian and half-Egyptian Los Angeles native who was born in Chinatown. I think this is why I am so inherently interested in cultures and how cultures interact. I’ve traveled to over 20 destinations around the world. Starting at a young age, I got to travel with my mom, and I had a chance to experience different ways of life. This passion for the human race led me to become an anthropologist. At UCLA, I studied the history behind our origins and culture. We are all so different and so similar. This is exactly why I love to travel and explore new places, taste new things, and meet new people. Everywhere you go, you find something unique and learn something new.
